My hubby and I do not really see eye to eye on anal. He loves it, me not so much. We have done it plenty of times that I can give you some advice as to what has helped me...1.) the most important thing is DO not clench! Nooooo! No tightening any muscles down there as much as you might want to. Stay as relaxed as possible. 2. To help me stay relaxed and enjoy it more, I use a vibrator on myself during anal. When I am actually enjoying it (because of the vibrator), I am able to relax a little bit and anal is more enjoyable. 3. Lube it up, girl! Lube is my best friend and if there’s no lube, then no anal for my hubby. 4. Go slowwwww. Don’t let him just go all in. Nice and slow and ease into it. Sorry if it’s tmi, but my hubby will usually go just the tip for a couple mins until I’m more relaxed and used to it and then he will slowly go in further.

I would say I’ve had any complications but the side effects are no fun 😂

I wouldn’t say I love anal but I don’t mind it. You may start of sore or feeling uncomfortable afterwards but you get used to it! You’ve just got to take it easy start of with lube and a toy then have him go in you. It’s not as bad as people make it out to be but people are different 🤷🏼‍♀️
