I think everyone already knows about this tea, but I didn’t. So just Incase you were like me, this tea is awesome! I don’t have a supply issue, but my LO nurses so often by the time I could pump, I couldn’t get more than 1-1.5 ounces. And I’m trying to create a stash for when I go back to work.

Yesterday was my first day drinking the tea. I had 3 cups through out the day. Well before I went to bed, and AFTER nursing, I got 3 ounces from one breast! And my letdown was crazy forceful. I think that’s a good improvement after only day one.

And for less than $5 at the grocery store, i think it’s a good deal. Wel see if today gets even better 👍
