Is anybody having them consistently? I made a trip to the er last night because mine were 3 minutes apart and lasting 45-60 seconds for over an hour. I tried all of the thing they tell you, laying on left sides, drink water, took a warm bath, and nothing eased them. Then at the er the dr checked me and now I’m spotting which can be normal but still freaked me out!
