hey everyone! so i know that vaginas are acidic because it kills bacteria, but i’m finding that my discharge seems TOO acidic. if i don’t shower daily (which is what i normally do but there are days when i’m sick, or camping, when i don’t shower every day) i get small cuts around the skin near the opening of my vag that sting while i pee and generally are very very itchy. i’m sure that its just my discharge causing it because its a pattern with how often i shower. i’m seeing my gyno again in june and i’m going to ask her about it but i wanted to hear from everyone else and see if theres any similar experiences/advice. thanks for reading!
