Typical day of eating?
First trimester mamas! Please share what your meals look like in your typical day. I have really struggled with food between the nausea and the cravings/aversions. I usually start first thing in the morning with something light like fruit then have eggs mid morning to be healthy, and then lunch and dinner and everything in between is a free for all!!!
Any ideas of what everyone else is doing to keep the cravings under the control and just eat well and regularly, would be great! Thanks for sharing!
