cm implantation? or chemical?

alright I'm literally 7dpo I have had numerous BFP already got a bright pink yesterday. my hcg levels yesterday were 6 . so I've already confirmed. now my next question is could I be having a chemical? or do you think implantation bleeding? I keep having short random cramps right behind my belly button maybe below my belly button . but now I'm having this discharge. it's weird and slimy like snot. but it's not really bright red? Im lost as of now. I have to go get my hcg levels checked again tomorrow. any one know what this might be ?
