Hospital Grades

The hospital we've chosen to deliver at just received a grade of D 😬 we have toured it and we liked what we saw, but this makes me nervous. Should I consider going to a different one? Only issue is my current OB does not deliver at the other hospital. The choices are

1.) Grade D hospital, 15 minutes away, no high way, and OB delivers

2.) Grade A hospital, an hour away, have to use the high way (car needs to be fixed in order to go over 50), and OB doesn't deliver
