3 days before AF is due.....faint line?

No major symptoms other then (TMI) but very, very sore nipples and craving everything under the sun. Recently got promoted at work so I've been feeling a great deal of stress (as expected). Didn't think I had anything to lose so picked up a test at target. Got home, took the test, put it down, put the rest of my unnecessary huge target haul away lol and 15 mins later came back to this!!!! Is it safe to say it's positive?

P.s. Haven't told anyone cause I don't want to get my hopes up. Thoughts?
