Confused and lost now ☹️ 9.5 weeks on

Had a mc nearly 10 weeks ago. I had what I thought was a period but only lasted 3 days and was dark brown/ black (sorry if TMI). And now this... I’ve had faint vvvvvvvfl in the past a few weeks back . Just assumed after having the all clear from the nurse that I had no more left over tissue that my line would be negative. Just disheartening really ☹️ anyone else in the same boat? It’s the not knowing what’s going on with my body that’s annoying

P. S sorry about my camera it’s not great. But there’s a definite line without light being needed to see it
