Nipples leaking?!

Ok so I don't know what to say. This morning my bf and I had sex 2 times. after the second time I was starting to sit up and noticed clear watery liquid coming from my nipple. Not alot, just a little bit. I looked at it and decided to check my other nipple and some came out as I squeezed it. It's only coming from one area. Not like full on lactation. I've searched the internet and I haven't found anything to explain why I'd be leaking from my nipples. Has anybody had this happen to them or figured out what it could be? btw I don't THINK I'm pregnant, just last month I wasnt, and usually lactation starts around 16+ weeks of pregnancy.
