Questions/Advice (long post)

Hello ladies, I'm new to the group, but wanted to share my "story" for some advice in general. My husband and I were high school sweethearts and have recently bought a house, married for 4 years this summer (together for 9 years) and recently started TTC. We haven't had much luck to say the least 😅. I went through a period where I didn't get AF for 4 months and the doctors couldn't figure out why (no cysts, ruled out pcos (for now), thyroid is fine, pituitary is fine, etc.), so they gave me medication to kick start my cycle which did and the month after I just spotted (got hopeful and though it was IB), and the month after had a normal cycle so we tried again, but tracked my ovulation wrong due to moving. The month after we tried again, and AF was late so I took a test (okay like 3) and they were all negative. Two weeks without AF I finally got symptoms of ovulation the end of the month. So, it turned out I skipped a month and didn't ovulate that month prior, but when I did ovulate again we had sex 2 days before I got the "egg whites" discharge and then again right after I noticed the "egg whites". My period is due on May 1st (from what we tracked). Apparently my cycles range from 37-56 days apart..... which I'm sure isn't quite normal. We recently saw our base's Women's Health doctor who confirmed that was ovulating discharge and said wait 2 weeks to test. I'm 5 days till AF is due and I'm really hoping for a positive this time. We've only been trying for 4 months, but due to my irregular cycles the doctor was concerned and did some more blood test and I'm awaiting their results. I want to take another test when my AF is due but am scared of getting another negative. Anyhoo my questions are does anyone else have a cycle these many days apart or similar? Also, on my ultrasound of my ovaries they said one ovary had an enlargement of some kind (can't remember details) but essentially what they see with someone who has PCOS, but since I don't have most of the other symptoms they ruled it out. I'm not sure if I should be concerned about that or not. (Pic of my dogs and my husband and myself for attention lol)
