what test to use?

I bought a pack of walgreens brand tests about a month ago. looked at reviews today and apparently they give false positives often. What test do y'all suggest using? I am so anxious, my period isn't due until May 8th but want to be prepared.

I had my last period January 2nd and got a very faint positive on January 21st. I was using first response. 6 days sooner.

I really just stock up on dollar store test.. they are the same ones you would get at the Drs.

its always best to wait until closer to your periods due date as the results of the test are more accurate also make sure you read the test result within the time frame given on the instructions with those specific tests.
