Baby height and weight?

My daughter is 4 and half months old born almost 2 weeks late and was 7lbs 1.6 oz and she just had her 4 month appointment and it says her height is in the 59th % and her weight is 21%? I'm not to sure how or wat the % mean. Also how big where your kids at this age? I feel like her height is good but see seems small on weight.

Our daughter was 15.6 pounds at 4 months (75th percentile) and 28 inches long (99th percentile).  So out of 100 babies the same age as my daughter, she was taller than 99 of them and weighed more than 75.

The percentage is compared to other kids 2 and under of the same gender. So basically your child’s height is average. She’s not much taller than kids her age and not much shorter shes kind of in the middle. For her weight she is on the smaller size of the spectrum but as long as she’s following her own curve on the charts that doesn’t matter and it’s not of concern.
