Okay so i will be 15 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Since Sunday I have been having bad headaches, BRIGHT yellow urine constantly, absolutely no appetite, and surges of energy but normally very fatigued. No matter how much water I drink these problems don't go away. What could this be??
