First appointment question

Hi ladies! I have my first appointment Tuesday and I’ll be 7+2 (they made the appointment based on my LMP so they think I’m 8 weeks, but I know I had a long cycle and my O date).

Anyone else in the US have an appointment around this time? I’m curious what to expect, and also if I’ll get any sort of scan that day. It seems like so many people posted scans from this time and earlier but a friend said she doubted i would have any scan at all yet. I’ve been very anxious about having minimal symptoms so I was really looking forward to seeing or hearing something.
