18dpo 6 Days late!? I’ve never been this late before

Test are all negatives . I am not stressed . But now I’m getting stressed . Anyone go through this and get a positive ?

I had BFN up till right at the 2 week missed period time frame. Even at the doctors office said it was negative but I KNEW I was pregnant! I waited to the full 2 week late period and got a positive! Baby was a boy! I have heard sometimes with boys the hormone doesn’t show fast enough. That’s just my experience. Good luck!🍀
