i’m on my cycle so i’m a bit bloated but the top pic was two weeks ago and the bottom pic was yesterday 😭 can you guys see the difference? I’m flexing in both. Haven’t done abs at all just HIIT & legs/arms/chest/back. Next week i’m going to be doing cardio and some ab work I can’t wait 😭🙏🏼 I’m so excited ladies I’ve never felt this good about myself. I wish I wasn’t too shy to post my booty progress 😩
I’ve never worked out consistently enough or ate clean enough to see progress this fast 🙌🏼
