I had an office visit today, im 19 weeks tomorrow so they didnt do an ultrasound because I have my anatomy scan next week. But, they decided to do the quad screening, which is just a blood test from my arm to test for neural tube defects, and it didn’t seem any different from other blood draws, wasn’t any more aggressive, but Lordy did it do a number on my arm. I have never bled that much after a blood draw, and I’ve got a blood blister in my elbow now too 😅 (ignore the redness, I’m mildly allergic to paper tape and it’s all the had, so i just took it off when I got home)
