Heartbreak

So my boyfriend and I have been together 6 yrs in July. Trying for 3/4 years. Ongoing problems and finally diagnosed with endometriosis last year through keyhole surgery. 4 years ago diagnosed with PCO. We went through the fertility clinic via the NHS and was successful to be eligible for one go on the NHS free. Last Wednesday (18th) we had our pre-treatment assessment, received our needles/ prescriptions etc. We decided to start it in June due to moving houses and a holiday we'd booked. Then on Monday my other half decided he no longer wanted to be with me and now I'm heartbroken. Since Monday I've cried continuously and I'll be moving back in with parents. We were so close to getting what I thought we wanted yet I was so wrong!
