weird concerning symptom

I've been ttc with irregular cycles so I notice and log just about every single change in my body right now. since last night my upper tummy has been bloated and hard to touch. whereas from my belly button bottom half of my tummy has been painful for weeks constantly and on and off for months. I can't get routine doctor appointment for a few weeks so in meantime just wondering if anyone can relate and give me ideas what it could be or how to fix it? TIA x
