boy or girl

I am 8w3d today. Below is the heartbeat scan that I had at 7w6d. The baby measures 1.16cm. As said in my previous post I had not asked the doctor for the heartrate. Not intentionally but since it was a quick visit everything was over in some 3 to 5 minutes. And I forgot. If known I know we could have guessed it using the heartrate..anyways is Ramzi theory applicable at this stage..can you help with your expertise find if its boy or girl?

This is US and not transvaginal.
