Period or spotting?

So I was worried that I was pregnant Bc I was 4 days late but I can’t tell if I’m spotting or if it’s my period? Can anyone tell the difference?

i’m in the same situation but 4 days early, i started bleeding really heaving about 10 mins ago and have cramps but i’m not bleeding sad heavy now
