Trigger Shot and Bleeding

Anyone ever have a trigger shot and have bleeding? I had one last Wednesday at 9 PM and would have ovulated last Thursday or Friday. Today would be on 6 day post ovulation and this morning I woke up to pinkish/orange blood when I wiped, it got heavier throughout the day but no clots and only really when I wipe. I had a tiny 2x3 spot of blood on the pad. No cramps. Doctor doesn’t think it’s period and maybe implantation but it’s changed color and it’s bright red. Could it be a period only 6 days after ovulation?
