what's going on

I have tried to get pregnant for about 7 years my period was due on the 7th this month I got a faint positive on the 14th tested on the 20th with a digital and pregant my symptom were growing too I should have been about 6 weeks but started spotting on Tuesday and by bedtime was bleeding Wednesday I went in for blood work and the call I was regretting came she said I just conceive or I'm miscarried I go in the am for more blood and have been bleeding for 2 days
