Belly belt?

Anyone use a belly belt for support? If so what brand / kind do you use?

I got one. I think it helps. I read that its best to only wear a few hours a day (you don't want to weaken you stomach ans back muscles by depending on it all day/every day).I bought mine on Amazon for like $15. Doctor suggested high back, low front.
