I want a sandwich SO FREAKING BAD! I know lunch meats are supposed to be bad for you while pregnant but has anyone ate lunch meat and been fine? I want jimmy johns so bad that’s like all I’m craving for weeks now.

I have eaten lunch meat my entire pregnancy so far and my baby is perfectly healthy!

I have eaten it my entire pregnancy. Not eating lunch meat is very outdated. All 11 OBs I work with say it’s fine. You’re more likely to get listeria from unwashed fruits and veggies

I also want Jimmy Johns!!! I really miss it.  My doctor said the likely hood of having problems from deli meat is really low, but she also said not to eat it on purpose without heating it. It's a struggle!
