just a little unsure...

I had a scan done in February to address some odd bleeding I have had starting in august. They found an ovarian cyst the size of a large chicken egg on the left side. I go in for a follow up tommorrow. Trouble is i really think I might be having an un- confirmed pregnancy. I just don't see how all of my symptoms could be from a cyst. If any of you ladies could share your own tales of cyst symptoms or late confirmed pregnancies it would be much appretiated.
