My sleep schedule is back
I’ve struggled with only getting 3-4 hours a sleep at night for MONTHS. The first time I slept at my boyfriends house 3 weeks ago, we went to sleep at 12. Didn’t think I would fall asleep at all, but I was out like a light. Woke up at 7 to fiddle around 😏 Ever since, I’ve had a sleep schedule, and I’ve been getting 7-8 hours of sleep. This is paradise.
