Anyone use a belly belt?

I am 28 weeks and having pelvic pain. Dr mentioned using a belly belt. Anyone find it helpful?

I use just a cheap one from walmart and even that helps, it also helps with belly pain because I'd get like muscle pain in my belly but the belt helps to hold it up

I use an si belt and find it helps with the pain. it doesn't go away completely but definitely helps!

It doesn’t help enough. I’m in terrible pain at 28 weeks and it started at 9 weeks. I complained again to my doctor and she finally sorta recommended a chiropractor.

I tried to use a belly band because my pevlic/leg pain was intense but it didn’t help me much. I still have the pain and it’s getting worse

I did starting at 24 weeks and it helped until around 35 weeks
