After sex even protected do u take plan b just Incase?

This is for my ladies who don’t take birth control and only use condoms, after sex while using protection did u take a plan b just Incase? 
And lets say u use plan b at a young
 age 15-16 is that damaging ur body?  
( this has nothing to Dow it’s me I’m just curious )

Plan B is not a regular method of contraceptive. It’s for an emergency and rare occurrence. Using it often can have adverse affects and really mess with your body.
