Spying on me?

Okay, this might be weird and maybe not even a thing. But I feel like I am being watched, or I feel like my phone is. I feel like someone can see everything I do on my phone, is that possible?

Is there like an app that could be on my phone that's hooked up to the other persons phone so they can see everything? And I just don't know? it feels like it, because this person keeps asking really specific questions about things I do, and or says the same exact thing I have said but I didn't tell them. Am I crazy?
