Trigger shot or BFP

Hey current and future moms. I appreciate any insight, thoughts, or experiences you can share. I really need the positive support. I am a first time mom and have been TTC 2 years in June and I’ll be 36 yrs old in a few months. I’ve been going through IUI procedures with Clomid and novarel trigger shot. I took trigger on Sat the 14th at 9:30pm. Wed this week started 11th day since trigger. I had a positive digital FRER test in am and positive dollar tree test in pm. However on Thur, the next day, I had 2 neg dollar tree tests. One take at 3:30am and one at 8:40am. Then I went in for blood test at 4pm today and my hcg is 8. Do you think numbers are going down and that’s why it was positive 2 days ago and being less than 25 it didn’t register on dollar tree tests today? Or is there hope Wed still had trigger shot lingering and out completely on 12dpt? Baby dust to all of you TTC. It’s a crazy journey.
