Coping- first time doing ivf

Hey ladies,

Any one have any tips for dealing with ivf. Feeling very overwhelmed and stressed. I also can’t help but feel like it’s not going to work. I guess I’m thinking if I prepare for it not working it won’t hit me as hard if it doesn’t.

I have good days but lately more bad days. I was told I’m going through early menopause a month ago and since then can’t seem to get myself out of this rut. We only have one round of ivf as AMH is so low. Just want to try and be positive but can’t seem to shift this horrible negative feeling xxx
