Strange question

So I was wondering. I have started to use ovulation tests. I tested and it was positive. I had sex and now a few days later I took the ovulation test again to see something and again it was positive.

My question is. If I got a positive and had sex. And a few days later got another positive, that it’s possible I didn’t conceive or would the test still say positive even if I did cause it’s too soon for my body to realize I did??

It’s confusing but just wondering. Hoping maybe it don’t mean I am not.

Just want a baby so bad already.
