TTC and getting FIT!
Hey ladies!
We’ve started trying for baby #2 (🤞🙏) and I’m still trying to be as active as possible - I worked out throughout my entire pregnancy with #1 (I taught spin class the morning I gave birth!) and am planning to do the same this go round! Having a healthy routine I think helped us when we were TTC initially, plus helped me have an awesome recovery post-delivery.
I’m starting a virtual health and fitness support group in MAY for all of us ladies on this path because we all know we could use the encouragement- open to all fitness levels! There’s so much power in COMMUNITY and sharing the love to each other! ❤️Would you be interested in joining?!
