Do you see a vvvv faint line?!

I’ve been having so many symptoms to think that I might be pregnant. AF due yesterday. vvvv light spotting happening the last couple of days... am I going crazy or do you see a vvvv faint line? I also got a negative on a digital but am wondering if it’s still a bit too early. . .
