For the love of god, please STOP!!!

I had the Mirena IUD inserted in the beginning of last year this is the second time I have used this particular IUD. First time, no problems whatsoever I had it in for 3 years never felt a thing barely had a period. This time it was awful I had constant pelvic pain I got BV twice so at the end of November I had it removed because my partner and I were ready to TTC anyway. I got pregnant right away with no issue however I got BV about 2 months in, took antibiotics for it, then I got a UTI and took antibiotics for that, now I'm pretty sure I have BV again. WTF?? I've never had BV before in my life. It has only been since I got divorced and met my SO. I'm 32 now so maybe it has something to do with age but part of me thinks that maybe he keeps giving it to me somehow 🤷 I've looked it up and it doesn't seem very plausible. I have another appointment with my OB on Wednesday and I would love very much to get to the bottom of this! Anyone else just suddenly for no reason at all start to get BV? I'm losing my mind here, I hate it so much. We are very sexually active and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't self-conscious about it even though my SO understands and is completely mature about it and still wants me 😖 He even tried to help with home remedies on top of my antibiotics.
