Does he like me??

So I wasn’t going to post anything, but I can’t help myself. I’m a junior in highschool and haven’t really dated much because school is already stressful enough. Well let’s call the person that I think likes me Adam. His close/best friend will be called John. I can’t ask him how he feels because I’m kind of shy.

So my second semester of school started a while back and I realized that Adam was in my 3rd and 4th period classes, and John was in my 4th period. I had always thought Adam was cute but never did anything because he’s popular and a football player and I’m only moderately popular. Im more on the plus size side so I’ve always had this little incentive in my mind that makes me think that anyone that likes me CANT be attractive. Well John and I have always been friends and he knows staring at me gets on my nerves. I noticed in my 3rd period that Adam started getting more and more friendly since we were getting to know each other better. He would do stupid annoying stuff like take my calculator/phone and make me chase him for it, or just messing with me or my computer every time he would pass my seat. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, and John always tells Adam to stare at me. They would blame it on my friend and I saying we were the ones staring and just acting like itiots😂 well then they decided to come and sit at our table even though they weren’t allowed to. They do this almost every day now. John will tell Adam to do stuff to me like mess with my earbuds or computer but Adam always takes another step. Yesterday and today, he sat as close to me as possible. The entire hour and a half class period he kept his leg/thigh/upper body pressed up against mine and would do something like mess with my hair or tell me to get off of him while pushing his leg or arm into me. 😂 He will try to get me to feel his muscles or ask how his cologne smells (which it’s my fav cologne because it’s what my dad used to wear but I’m not going to say that to him). He will tap my chin or something and he’s just really cute. Adam has constantly talked to me at school lately and he’s just really sweet/funny. When I pass him in the hall or walk by him in class I smack him on the back of the head or something childish and he always makes a joke about it. I pushed my leg against his to test if he moved away and he only moved closer. There is NO personal space around him but I’m okay with that 😂 he’s always going out of his way to be around me or walk by my desk in class. Today, John playfully told Adam he should date me and Adams eyes got wide and he paused and then was like “nahhhhh”. Then John told me I needed to date him and I didn’t say anything and I looked at Adam and he was smiling.

Now.. this may be overshooting things but... instagram’s stories’ algorithm is basically like after you get to 50 viewers, it ranks the viewers from how much they look at your profile to the least amount. I looked at my story the other day and even though he was the first to view it, after it had 70 views he was back at the top. I’m pretty sure he’s insta stalking me 😂 but I just don’t know if he likes me or is Just being a guy... opinions?
