SO Comparing with toddler

Ok. I’m at my whits end with this. My bf has the audacity to tell me I’m obsessed with our toddler. This mainly happens when we are fighting about not having sex 7x a week

Last night he woke me up with back pain asking me if he should go to ER. I don’t recall this. He then continues with “if it was the baby you would have been on top of it and at the hospital already”

This is causing me to catch a resentment with him.

Anybody else ever deal with a situation of the sort?
