CD34-BFN-NO AF

Goodmorning Ladies, thank you for responses in advance! I’m on cycle day 34 and tested on CD 30 and CD 33 and both BFNs (afternoon wiz both times & $1 tests). No signs of AF like the VERY tender boobs, bad cramps, moodiness... NO AF or blood AT ALL!! I’ve had slight cramps, slight sore boobs, been emotional... ive has some discharge to where at times I’m like “oh ***, hey auntie F”. My fiancé and I are currently TTC so we are hoping that our rainbow baby is just being shy and we get BFP soon!! Anyone else have anything similar?? I’ve read about ectopic pregnancies and am hoping that’s not the case. When my period cramps are usually bad the first day and my flow is medium. My last/only pregnancy was a mc at 6 weeks (unknown if ectopic). I’m not sure if I should wait a few days or go to the doctor. ☹️☹️☹️
