I have no clue what this means, can someone explain? I’m 21 and just got off of birth control 1 month ago, my doctor took my blood to see if I’m ovulating on my own or not.

It means that your progesterone is within normal range for mid follicular phase! Depends where you are at in your cycle but it should be good :)
