calorie intake
I'm coming up on 12 weeks and my question has to do with daily calorie consumption. Do I eat my calories as maintenance right now or should I keep it at 1900 a day? Maintenance is 2250 and it seems like I'm gaining a lot faster. I'm up to 143 from 138. I busted my ass to drop down to this weight, my heaviest being 256. This pregnancy I'm trying to remain active, healthy and occasionally indulge in cravings
