binge eating
I find,myself binge eating more and more lately. I never eat more than 2000 calories but I eat when not hungry or eat large amounts really fast then feel bad about myself. it needs to end. I work out to burn it off but I've gained 5 pounds from it. I cant keep a regular eating schedule. I try to slow down and be mindful but it isnt working. does anyone know of anything to do to stop it? its ruining my self esteem.
