Am I wrong for being mad?!?!

Okay well this past week I have been struggling with money because it's getting closer to "rent & bills" well last month my bf paid my rent because I got paid late, so it's only right if I pay his this month, because I know if I don't I won't hear the end of it, (sidenote- my boyfriend is selfish, and still owes me money but I don't mind cause he's my bf, but when I owe him, he never lets it go) and also I had to get my own phone plan so that my mom would stop bugging me. so with that being I'm really broke, and I don't get paid till next Friday, but I have school and work, but have no gas or gas money and my bf knows that, but when we go places he always wants to take my car!?!? then he says he's broke? he has a little over 2k to his name. He doesn't bother to put gas in my car or offer me money for gas knowing that I'm on empty.!! so while I'm at work, him and his cousin go get phones. Not just regular cheap phones, he gets a phone that just came out!! like wtf he told me he had no money! it made me so mad, cause he knows I'm struggling and he won't help me!!! so tell me I have the right to mad.
