Brown discharge

My period was supposed to start on 22 and on that day i got something which I thought was my period.I had light red bleeding first it wasn't a lot not enough to fill a pad.The second day I had brown spotting so little until now.It's been 4 days since the brown spotting started 5 including today.Someone ever experienced such a thing and later got a bfp.I get cramps sometimes and it doesn't last just for seconds.My tummy hurts when i try to push it in.Could the brown spotting be IB???
