Yes, they put you on blood thinners during pregnancy to help carry to term. I take lovenox injections twice a day and will switch to heparin injections at 36 weeks along and be induced at 38 weeks so it can be timed, Ill stop the blood thinners before delivery so I dont bleed out.

After my first miscarriage they put me on lovinox with my son for precaution but didn’t need it again with my daughter.
