IUI Success Stories with low sperm count!

I’m wanting to here some success stories with low spend count. My dr seemed optimistic that we would get pregnant even with my husbands counts. His counts were 10.5 million when it suppose to be 20 million. He has a retest sperm analysis on Tuesday and he’s been in Zinc,CoQ10,Vitamin C and Fertility Blend for the last 2 months so hopefully his counts will have improved! Let me here your stories ladies! Wondering how many IUI it took for you to get your BFP!
