Tinder/other apps

I’ve been on a lot of dating apps and most of them I have found are just for random hookups (so not me) I got awkward on the first couple dates with the nice guys and even if they say they’re not taking me out for a hookup it always came back around to the guy asking me to come home with him and always asking why and it was just a couple really shitty guys... I live in a very open area where men and women do have sex all the time with people they hardly know... but it seems the guys I find are only in it for one thing and I want a relationship... what should I do? Leave the apps and try and meet people in person? Have a blind date? I just don’t know if apps are for me... anyone else have this problem?? And I have written in my bio that I’m not here for hookups but guys seem to think they can talk anyone into messing around.
