idk what this is

I was intimate with an ex of mine and he does boxing and he had a busted lip and I joked that it was a cold sore and we proceeded and ended up being intimate that night we met up and literally the next day I had a cold sore on my lip and for some reason call it coincidental but I assumed that his busted lip from boxing was in fact a cold sore and I made an appointment at Planned Parenthood literally the next day the doctor looked at me as if I was crazy to think what I was thinking and that was that she didn’t take any blood work she did take a P sample and since that day as well it was kind of itching down there and this weird funny about to form which is the image below it could be a pimple because I do have a history of pimples forming down there but it’s taking forever to fully come about and it kind a looks funny because in the image you can kind of see two little white ball of puss
