is this my period

so because i’ve been having pregnancy symptoms before i went to the clinic because my period was late for 2 days so the test came out negative later after a day or two i’ve been spotting then the next day i had basically a full on period for one day then now which is the third day i’m having f brown discharge and cramping

this have never happened to me before
